SHIPPING

Spain and Portugal:

• For orders to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and Portugal, shipping costs are €4.90. Delivery times are between 24 and 72 business hours. For orders to the Balearic Islands, delivery times are between 3 and 6 business days.

• For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipping costs are €9.90. Delivery times are between 3 and 6 business days. In this case, customs fees will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it has cleared customs, they will be responsible for the costs of returning it. These fees will be deducted from the refund.

Europe:

• For orders to countries within the European Union, shipping costs are €9.90. Delivery times are between 3 and 6 business days.

• For orders to other European countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, shipping costs are €13. Delivery times are between 7 and 10 business days. For shipments to non-EU countries, customs fees and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; these fees must be borne by the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it has cleared customs, they will be responsible for the costs of returning it. These fees will be deducted from the refund.

International Orders:

• Shipping costs for the US, Canada, Latin America, and RDM (Rest of the World) are €23. Delivery times are between 7 and 10 business days. For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs fees and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; these fees must be borne by the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it has cleared customs, they will be responsible for the costs of returning it. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

During special sales periods (sales, outlets, Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
