Exchanges and returns

SIZE CHANGES

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make a size change. The garments must have their original labeling and must be in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed and without modifications of any kind and with all labels and accessories. Including the original packaging (box, card, bow and bag if applicable).

The Manech box for return must be placed in a shipping bag or another box. If it does not arrive properly, 5 euros will be deducted from the return amount.

If any of the packaging accessories (including the bow and card) are missing or do not arrive in good condition, €4 will be deducted from the return amount.

Size changes will cost 2.90 euros in Spain and can only be made once. For the next size change, the item would have to be returned and purchased again.

Changes within the EU will cost 10 euros.

Changes outside the EU will cost 29 euros.

Size change conditions:

• In Spain, the first size change costs 2.90 euros.
• You can request a size change for the item you purchased. If you wish to change the model or product, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
• Size changes will only be made if the requested size is in stock at our warehouse or showroom. Otherwise, we will issue a refund or gift voucher for items that are pre-ordered.
• This service is not available for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international orders. In these orders, size changes will be managed as a return and new purchase.

We will process your request within 24-72 hours. We will send you a label by email so that you can place it on the package in which your order arrived so that the carrier can pick it up correctly. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the package is identified with the label and order email so that we can track it and avoid any errors.

Once we receive the item in our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to send you the new size requested.

* Returns on pre-order products are not accepted. A single exchange may be made for another product that is not in pre-order or for a voucher for the amount paid at Manech*

RETURNS

Return conditions:

Costs:

Manech is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is a mistake on our part or in the case of a defect), but we will help manage it at all times. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

• Return costs for orders from Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be between €7 - €12.50 per order depending on the option selected in the returns panel.
• For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international orders, the return costs will be:
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15-20€
• International orders: Europe and other destinations: €15-20
• Other destinations: 50-60 euros.
• In no case will the shipping costs of the initial order be refunded unless it is an error on our part or a product defect.

Once we receive the item in our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid minus the return costs.

Refund for return:

You will receive the amount using the same payment method used in your purchase within a maximum estimated time of 15 days from confirmation of acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs will not be refunded*
